What to Check When Your Fashion Order Arrives

A quick receiving checklist helps you identify delivery problems early and protects your return or complaint window.

When a parcel arrives, check the outer packaging before opening it. If it is visibly torn, wet, opened or resealed, note this with the delivery rider and take clear photographs.

Before you accept the order

• Confirm the recipient name and order reference.
• Check that the parcel count matches your delivery information.
• Do not share your card PIN, OTP or banking password with a rider or anyone claiming to represent the store.

After opening, compare the item, colour, size and quantity with your order confirmation. Keep the packaging, tags and proof of delivery until you are satisfied.
