Terms of Sale and Responsible Shopping

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate, that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the order is for a lawful personal or business purpose. Product availability, price, delivery charges and any product-specific restriction are shown before checkout where the store has that information.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to buy. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where an item is unavailable, a listing contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified, delivery is unavailable to the destination, or the transaction creates a fraud or compliance concern. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will arrange a refund through the original payment route subject to the payment provider's processing.

Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. A promotion may have its own dates, stock limits, eligibility rules and exclusions. We will not honour a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical or listing error without confirming the order with you.

Policies that form part of the sale

The Privacy Policy, Terms and policies, delivery information and product-specific notices form part of the information governing an order. Read them before checkout and keep your order confirmation.

Changes

We may update these policies when our operations, courier arrangements, payment providers or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order is the version made available at the time of that order, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
