Sizing, Fit and Caring for Your Fashion Items

Product photos are intended to show the item, but colour can vary between screens and lighting. Read the product description, material information and size guide before ordering. Where measurements are provided, compare them with a similar garment that fits you rather than relying only on a usual size label.
Fit and size questions
If you are between sizes or unsure about a measurement, contact support before checkout with the product name and your measurements. We can explain the published measurements, but fit depends on body shape, styling preference and the fabric. A size recommendation is guidance and is not a guarantee of fit.
Care
Follow the care label on the item. Unless the label says otherwise, avoid high heat, harsh bleach and storing damp clothing. Keep shoes, bags and leather goods away from prolonged water exposure and allow them to dry naturally. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, storage or alteration may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
